  State Level Committees
The most of the issues of the apparel exporters pertain to various State government authorities, even the labour issues mainly are in the State Realm. Therefore State Level Committees of the apparel exporters are formed under the aegies of Apparel Export Promotion Council

The functions of the State level Committee are outline as below.

 • To identify issues with the State Government for development of apparel industry in the state.
 • To follow up action on the issues so identified
 • To write to AEPC for assistance in such follow up.
 • To identify the needs of the apparel industry vis-à-vis AEPC and the suggestions as to how the Council can assist.
 • To make requests for any issues which State Level Committee wants the Council to take up with govt. of India.
