Chairman's word for January 2018

A warm new year greetings to all of you!

I look forward to this year for many new beginnings as I take on the responsibility of being the Chairman of AEPC.  I am privileged to be at the helm of affairs at this pioneering organization which has been successfully steering the apparel Industry through various services and initiatives. As one of the largest Councils, our strength is the high level of member participation in our activities and decision making and I look forward to enhancing this strength to grow further during my tenure.

Chairman's word for December

Dear Friends,
Over the last twenty three months, every month, I have had the privilege of writing to you about AEPC to communicate with you- recognize our accomplishments, to address our challenges and to share with you our outlook and plans for the future. It seems like just a short while ago, when I composed my first Chairman’s word. More than 8,300 members participated on the journey as I tried to lead!

Chairman's word - March 2017

Dear Friends,
We are always proud of our achievements and successes, and we seek to continue the march of progress and growth, by putting our minds to the future. As young and ahead- of-time as our profession of fashion is, so young and fresh is our new force of the AEPC PROgens. A subcommittee of young entrepreneurs, AEPC PROgen has been launched this February to create a talent pipeline of members and leaders who would support the industry and council, making them stronger - fortifying the Indian Apparel trade as well as contributing to nation-building.

Chairman's word - February 2017

Dear Friends,
2017 is well upon us and Spring is around the corner.
We’ve also had a beautiful start to the year with the 58th edition of our India International Garment Fair for Autumn Winter 2017-18. An overwhelming response from the exporter community through active and repeated participation makes us confident about the importance of this event. Buyers, from around fifty five countries, turned up in large numbers to make this business event successful.
