USA is the largest importer of garments with imports of over USD 89.1 billion. India’s garment export to USA is USD 3.9 billion during 2015, which amounts to around 4.3 % of USA’s total garment imports from World.

5.The cost of the stall together with entire promotional expenses for 10’X10 SQFT booth (Approx) is costing AEPC approx Rs. 5.00 Lacs, after taking in to consideration the Council’s contribution, we are pleasedtoofferaboothof10’X10’atRs.4.05Lacs.

- Allotment of booths size of 1.5x2: Wherein two exhibitors who wish to apply for 1.5 size booth, each exhibitor would pay AEPC an amount of Rs. 6,07,500.00 for allotment of 1.5 booth (Rs. 4.05 lakhs for one booth and Rs. 2,02,500.00 for half booth). The two exhibitors will apply for 1.5 booth each collectively. The allotment of this type of triple booth category will be done in draw of lots basis.
- For applying double booth, the exhibitor would pay AEPC an amount of Rs. 8.10 lakh
(No part payment will be accepted)
This does not include Airfare,Hotel expenditure and other related expenditures.Etc
The Council has applied for MDA grant for this event, however the approval is awaited from Ministry of Commerce. MDA grant would be reimbursed, if it is approved by Ministry of Commerce. (Exhibitors with average export turnover of Rs. 10 Lakh in the preceding 3 years and maximum turnover of Rs. 30 Crores in 2014-15 would be eligible for MDA grant.).

First time the Council is organizing a “Catalogue Display” during the show for small and medium enterprises who are incapable to participate in the fair due to financial constraints or any other reasons , they may present their catalogue, displaying their product file, photographs , company profile or any other informations which are important for buyers. Per company catalogue charges would be Rs. 4000/‐ which can be deposited by way of DD/PO/ RTGS only favouring ”ApparelExport Promotion Council”. Thecataloguesshallbewellplacedinaseparateboothfor visitors during the show. The dead line for submitting the catalogue shall be 01.08.2016. Each party is restricted to send one copy of their catalogue. The same can be sent alonwith covering letter addressed to Mr.K S Bisht, Jt. Director (F&E), AEPC, Apparel House, Sector‐44, Institutional Area,Gurgaon‐122003.
In the above mentioned participation charges, the Council shall be providing facilities of overseas publicity, inland publicity, publicity through signage’s, banners standees and space allocation in the priorityareaof“SOURCINGatMAGIC”Fair.
1.All participants who have paid the full participation fee in time would be considered for allotment of boothsthroughdrawoflot.
3.ThedecisionofChairman‐EP (AEPC) wouldbefinalandbindingincaseofanydispute.
In case, applications are over‐subscribed, a waitlist will be maintained, which would be considered on FCFS basis. Applicants are advised to ensure that they possess necessary visa to enter USA. No request forrefundwillbeentertainedbyAEPCifforanyreasonwhatsoevervisaisnotgranted.
(i)45% of the participation charges will be forfeited if the exporter withdraws after confirmation of participation by the Council (after receiving of the payment confirmation receipt) and other exportersonwaitlistconfirmstheirparticipation. Therewillbeforfeitureof65%ofparticipation feeifnootherexporterisonthewaitlist.
